The flowers were beautiful...the delivery was early and very well done... the chocolates were gourmet and from what i heard from the recipient wonderful... the surprise caused tears of joy which is more than any valentine could hope for. Overall I was VERY pleased with the Ladybug service and quality. The recipient even went by the shop and bought more. Thank you Ladybug for making this the best Valentines Day ever!!!
